Our Event Spaces:

🎤 Auditorium – Ideal for conferences, trainings, and coaching sessions, our spacious auditorium comfortably seats up to 220 guests. With a large 85-inch display across five TVs, you can showcase logos, presentations, or videos effortlessly. The space includes a professional audio system to ensure every word is heard loud and clear. Plus, all chairs are included at no extra cost!

🍽 The Main Hall – A beautiful, versatile space designed for celebrations, banquets, and wedding receptions of up to 150 guests. It comes complete with round tables and chairs—no hidden fees! Need audio-visual equipment? Just let us know, and we’ll have it ready for you. The Main Hall also features a fully equipped kitchen, giving you the flexibility to bring in your favorite caterer and even set up your own bar. Whether it's a wedding reception, a birthday, or a corporate luncheon, this space is perfect for bringing people together.

🌿 Friendship Hall – Cozy, inviting, and filled with natural light, this intimate space is ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 40 people. Whether you're hosting a workshop, a team meeting, or a family get-together, you'll have access to tables, chairs, a TV, and whiteboards upon request to make your event productive and enjoyable.

OUR VENUE

Spring Hill Event Center is the perfect venue for hosting a variety of events, from Receptions and corporate meetings to social gatherings and celebrations. With a blend of modern amenities and versatile spaces, we provide the ideal setting for your special occasion.

Our facility includes two main event spaces:

• Auditorium: With seating for up to 200 people, the auditorium is a spacious and flexible area perfect for seminars, presentations, or large-scale events. Its open design ensures a comfortable experience for all your guests.

• Event Hall: Designed to accommodate up to 160 people in a round table setup, the event hall is ideal for banquets, receptions, and intimate gatherings. The layout is fully customizable to meet your specific needs, whether you’re hosting a conference, workshop, or celebration.

Meeting Hall- ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 40 People. All events, including business training/program training or smaller gatherings. ( contact the team for more information)
Board Room- Professional board room for Meetings and planning. Including whiteboards, flip charts and wall-mounted TVs for board room meetings.

At Spring Hill Event Center, we provide the use of all tables and chairs at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless experience. You are also welcome to bring in your preferred outside catering company to create the perfect menu for your event.
